Question of the Week:  Were you and your family affected by Hurricane Irene in any way?

My answer:   My father in-law is in Long Island NY but he said he should be just fine as he is on higher ground.  We were not able to talk to him yesterday but I am trusting he is just fine!

I live on Long Island and we did just fine- praying your family is okay as well.
We talked to him tonight and he is just fine! No damage to his property and only a few tree's down in the neighborhood. :) No power for him though.
Visiting you from the Mingle. Thanks for stopping by my blog!

After completing Skunk, Game 1, the student has learned five words (can, cat, is, me, not).  Playing Game 2 adds an additional five w...
