With the weather being awesome this weekend I hope the hubby and I can squeeze sometime into creating a little garden! :) I have never planted a garden before but I am really looking forward to having some of my own homegrown foods. :) I would love to have some fresh fruit and veggies.
We are going to try to grow peas, cucumbers, pumpkins, watermelon, tomatoes. Sure hope we do well! :) We only have a small space where I want the garden but I think it will work, I am going to take some of the current flowers out and give them to someone else so I can grow some veggies instead.
If I had a bigger yard this would be my dream garden:
Not only do we have to buy some tools but also some organic plant food and maybe even organic soil.
I am a newbie at this but might as well go organic right? I want the best for my family so I think going organic would be awesome. I think we will be trying the Whitney Farms® brand. Whitney Farms® has 25 years of experience and their products have low to no dust, no manure smell, easy to apply, it contains beneficial mcrobes, specially designed protein-based blends provide your plants with both macro and micronutrients they need to grow and thrive.
I am going to print a $3.00 off coupon for Whitney Farms® to try it and so should you! :)
Are you planting a garden this year? What will you plant? Any advice for me?
