My blogger friend at Ramblings of a Christian Mom made these same sponge bombs a couple weeks ago and it made me want to do it too. :)
After you tie them get some water and get outside to have an awesome fun time. Some of the bombs I used 3, 6, and 8 sponge pieces. :) The variety was nice to have. The smaller one worked much better for my 15month old. :)
We have had a constant heat wave this summer so finding new ways to get wet have been a hit with my kids! :) What are you doing to stay cool this summer?
These are very simple to make, it only takes 3 steps.
Step one: Buy sponges
Step two: Cut sponges in long strips
Step three: Line them up and tie them with yarn, fishing line, or even floss. I used yarn.
