The Lollipop Label Review and Giveaway

Who wants to win a package of dishwasher safe labels and laundry care tag labels?  Parents, I know you would love to have these labels before school starts!  Before you enter the giveaway read my fun review then enter the giveaway with the easy rafflecopter form at the bottom.
The Lollipop Label store can be found on Etsy with a wide selection of fun labels ranging from monthly onesies iron on's, monthly pregnancy iron on's, luggage tags, removable waterproof labels, and so much more!
Thank-you to The Lollipop Label for sending me the dishwasher safe and laundry care labels to conduct my review and to a winner of this giveaway!!  All opinions are 100% mine.
These unique labels are great for baby bottles, sippy cups, pacifiers, toys, back to school supplies, clothes, and what ever else you can think of!  Make sure you label the items you send to daycare, school, church, camps, sleepovers, and play dates.
So how does this process work?  Very simple and fun!  In the images on the item you are looking at on Etsy you will find font choices, font color choices, and images.  It was really enjoyable for me to personalize the labels for my princess daughter.  :)  Once you have selected through all the choices you just include those in a note to seller when you check out.  :) SIMPLE and EASY.

After my selections were made I got a very quick response and a image file of the design.  After I approved they were shipped out and I arrived them very quickly.  :)  It was a very simple and pleasant experience working with The Lollipop Label.

After the labels arrived my daughter and I started the fun task of labeling.  We labeled her sports bottles and all her school supplies.  There are some important instructions to remember which include, apply the label at room temperature and dry surface, allow 48 hours for the label to bond to the surface before using, do NOT use bleach detergent, sanitizer settings, or high temperature boosts.

The dishwasher safe vinyl is very durable and can withstand normal settings on most household dishwashers.  Following the simple instructions I can testify that our labels are working well.  I have washed my daughters cups a couple times and I see no wear and tear on the label.  My daughter also loves them and wanted to go label crazy!  :)

"The Reading Game" Review and Giveaway

Description: The first book in  The Reading Game  learn-to-read series tells the story of a skunk without a stripe who is rejected by the other skunks but finds acceptance among some cats and becomes their defender.  It’s told in rhyme, is beautifully illustrated, and is 32 pages long.  It will be the first book the student reads, and there are five more to follow in this groundbreaking learn to read program. Each of The Reading Game's six stories is told using just thirty new words.  These are broken down into six sets of five words.  The student learns to read each set of five words by playing a simple word matching game.  Frequent exposure through play hard wires these words into long-term memory.  Rote learning is transformed into a fast-paced game with a winner every few seconds. After completing Skunk, Game 1, the student has learned five words (can, cat, is, me, not).  Playing Game 2 adds an additional five w...

Packing for your first ski trip

Pexels - CCO Licence So, you're gearing up for your first ski trip and the excitement is as thick as the snow you're about to conquer. But before you can show off those freshly learned pizza and French fry stops, you’ve got to pack.  Packing for a ski trip can feel like preparing for a chilly expedition to the North Pole, but fear not! With these nifty tips, you'll be ready to hit the slopes in style and comfort. 1. Layer Like a Lasagna Think of your ski outfit as a gourmet lasagna: each layer is crucial. Start with a moisture-wicking base layer (yes, that includes thermal underwear) to keep you dry and snug. Over that, layer a warm and breathable mid-layer—think fleece or a wool sweater that can handle the chill. Top it all off with a waterproof and windproof jacket and pants. Remember, it's all about layers that you can add or peel off because sweating while you ski is less fun than a snowball in the face. 2. Keep Those Fingers Cosy Cold hands can ruin a...
