Miracle Frooties Review and Giveaway

WHAT IS MIRACLE FROOTIES:

How to use?

Dissolve a Frootie on your tongue and the effect will last from 15 minutes to 2 hours, depending mostly on what you eat.
Important: Miracle Fruit needs to coat your tongue (mouth) in order to have an effect, so don't swallow it! You should hold it in your mouth and swoosh it around, until the Frootie (Miracle Berry tablet) dissolves completely.

What are Miracle Frooties?

miracle fruit picture  Miracle Fruit or Synsepalum dulcificum is a plant, native to West Africa. Miracle Fruit
  berries
cause sour and bitter foods, such as lemons, pineapples and kiwi, consumed after eating Miracle Fruit berries, to taste sweet.

Miracle Frooties are guaranteed to contain extract from first grade Miracle Fruit
berries.  Fresh miracle berries are freeze dried moments after being picked to produce powdered Miracle Berries with the same effect as fresh berries. The powder is then compressed into Froooties (dragees) for easier usage.

My Review:
I was very skeptical about this product.  It just sounded like a fake thing I mean how can a product change from sour to sweet?!   So I put the pill on my tongue and let it dissolve.  It took a bit longer to dissolve then I anticipated and the flavor of the pill was not much of any flavor.  After the pill dissolved I drank a pink grapefruit drink and I was a little surprised at the results.  Any time I have grape fruit items my eyes water and my face puckers up from the intense sour/sweet taste.  After I had the Frootie I had no eye watering and the flavor of the drink was much more tolerable with more sweetness and next to no sourness.

This truly is one of the products that you need to try to believe.  My husband is going to play some interesting games with our youth group... Like a sour War Head challenge to see who can eat the most but he will have a Frootie first!  Should make for some intense humor.

I would like to try Miracle Frooties as a novelty item. I have tried a similar item that I found in Chinatown before and it was a lot of fun. I do really like that it might help those who are going to chemo and one of my close friends did go through chemo but now she is fine and they believe that they removed the cancer and she only visits the doc for this once a year.

I've always wanted to like grapefruit, but I cannot stand the flavor. I'd love to see if it worked! (P.S. I entered the wrong contest name on Rafflecopter. I meant to type in that I entered the personalized book contest)

I'd be interested to see if the miracle frooties help counteract the bad taste that a medication I take leaves in my mouth. Even drinking water tastes poisonous.

"The Reading Game" Review and Giveaway

Description: The first book in  The Reading Game  learn-to-read series tells the story of a skunk without a stripe who is rejected by the other skunks but finds acceptance among some cats and becomes their defender.  It’s told in rhyme, is beautifully illustrated, and is 32 pages long.  It will be the first book the student reads, and there are five more to follow in this groundbreaking learn to read program. Each of The Reading Game's six stories is told using just thirty new words.  These are broken down into six sets of five words.  The student learns to read each set of five words by playing a simple word matching game.  Frequent exposure through play hard wires these words into long-term memory.  Rote learning is transformed into a fast-paced game with a winner every few seconds. After completing Skunk, Game 1, the student has learned five words (can, cat, is, me, not).  Playing Game 2 adds an additional five words (sad, she, stay, this, with). The s

Dry Idea: Deodorant Review and Giveaway

I know most of you know I was at kids camp last week and I think I mentioned the humidity and heat that we had that week!  I was daring as I only brought my new Dry Idea  deodorant  that I had never used prior.  I had no idea if it was going to keep me from smelling like B.O or if I was going to have sweaty pits. So how did the Dry Idea hold up to the hot and humid days at kids camp???  Arms raised high during worship in the morning and in the evening!  :)  I was dry and I did not stink!  :) WOOT WOOT!  I had the unscented brand and I usually do prefer a pretty scent but it worked and they do have scents which include powder fresh and cotton dry that I might try in the future.  :) The Dry Idea Roll-On is 24 hour protection, fast drying MicroCotton Formula, hypo allergenic, and contains Vitamin E.  :) Don't like roll on's??  They do offer Clear Gel and an Invisible Solid.  :) Dry Idea provided a free sample of their Advanced Dry roll-On so I could review them.  However,
