Knot Genie Review and Giveaway

If you have a little girl and have not heard of the Knot Genie then you need to watch the following video:

"The Knot Genie™ and Teeny Genie™ Detangling Brushes were created for every mom that has endured the foot stomping and screaming matches that come with brushing their child's hair. With the Knot Genie, even the curliest, most knotted up hair practically slips through the unique bristle configuration – gently and painlessly. Try the Knot Genie on your kids (or on yourself) – you'll be amazed by the ease of brushing, as well as how it virtually stops breakage and split ends. You've wished for hair brushing standoffs to end. Wish granted."

My Review:
Thanks to the Knot Genie for sending me the product to conduct my review.  I was not paid for this review and all opinions expressed are 100% mine.

I know I have grown so tired of my daughter coming to tears every morning when we did her hair. I was becoming to think she was the most sensitive girl ever with the constant tears on any tiny little snarl in her hair.

I have been using the knot Genie for several days now and I am jumping up and down in JOY because there have been ZERO tears from my daughter.

The Knot Genie magically goes through the hair and gets threw snarls without the tears and without any pulling.  My daughter also has used the brush on my hair and I agree the brush glides through the hair with ease.

If you are tired of the every day hair battle then enter the giveaway to win your own Knot Genie.

My sone retired the end of Jan. and volunteered to take care of my granddaughter during the day. She just turned one and has very long hair that hangs in her eyes. So he took a baby comb there to try and comb her her to make it neater, well he said she will not sit still and her her is all static and very fine, plus she won't sit still, this might work for her.

I use rubberbands in their hair to tie it back (the ones that are one use designed for hair) but my daughter with wavy hair always gets hers snarled from playing and once I just left it in there for about a week to let gravity try to get it out since she was so upset about me taking it out and did not want me to cut her hair to get it out.

"The Reading Game" Review and Giveaway

Description: The first book in  The Reading Game  learn-to-read series tells the story of a skunk without a stripe who is rejected by the other skunks but finds acceptance among some cats and becomes their defender.  It’s told in rhyme, is beautifully illustrated, and is 32 pages long.  It will be the first book the student reads, and there are five more to follow in this groundbreaking learn to read program. Each of The Reading Game's six stories is told using just thirty new words.  These are broken down into six sets of five words.  The student learns to read each set of five words by playing a simple word matching game.  Frequent exposure through play hard wires these words into long-term memory.  Rote learning is transformed into a fast-paced game with a winner every few seconds. After completing Skunk, Game 1, the student has learned five words (can, cat, is, me, not).  Playing Game 2 adds an additional five w...

Packing for your first ski trip

Pexels - CCO Licence So, you're gearing up for your first ski trip and the excitement is as thick as the snow you're about to conquer. But before you can show off those freshly learned pizza and French fry stops, you’ve got to pack.  Packing for a ski trip can feel like preparing for a chilly expedition to the North Pole, but fear not! With these nifty tips, you'll be ready to hit the slopes in style and comfort. 1. Layer Like a Lasagna Think of your ski outfit as a gourmet lasagna: each layer is crucial. Start with a moisture-wicking base layer (yes, that includes thermal underwear) to keep you dry and snug. Over that, layer a warm and breathable mid-layer—think fleece or a wool sweater that can handle the chill. Top it all off with a waterproof and windproof jacket and pants. Remember, it's all about layers that you can add or peel off because sweating while you ski is less fun than a snowball in the face. 2. Keep Those Fingers Cosy Cold hands can ruin a...
