Kosher Casual- Modest Clothing for the Modern Lifestyle Review and Giveaway

I love the other saying on the Kosher Casual Site:  "Modest yet Modern, Fun yet Functional!"

So what is Kosher Casual?
Kosher Casual is owned and managed by Israel Marketing LLC and Gary Swickley, an
American immigrant to Israel with a Harvard MBA. Kosher Casual opened its site in 2008.
Gary has been working with manufacturers in Israel producing garments for export for
over 20 years.
Prior to Kosher Casual, Gary owned and ran a business called  Blue and White Kids, a
company manufacturing promotional and dress code merchandise for schools and camps.
Before that, he also developed and owned the popular clothing retail chain The Machsan in
Israel.

If you're in the market for modest clothing, you have some great options

Fashionable modest clothing is no longer a thing of the past. The choices in modest clothing are endless, with outfits to match any occasion. If you work in an office, school or corporation and you want to project a positive, professional image, long skirts and a 3/4 sleeve shirt fit the bill. Today's modest clothing can be fun, stylish and totally with-it. You can find all kinds of layered tops, funky long skirts, long denim skirts, and 3/4 sleeve shirts that come in all materials and colors and run the gamut from cool to casual.

Kosher Casual takes modest clothing basics with a modern twist. The modest skirts are based on the current fashion styles with a reinterpretation with the modest clothing wearer in mind. Our skirts are all knee-length or long skirts. We offer modest shirts and layering tops in all the definitions ¾ sleeve tops, long sleeve shirts, elbow length sleeves. We also have a great range of modest accessories to cover your cleavage or cover your elbows in both style and comfort.

Thank-you Kosher Casual for sending me two products to conduct my review.  I was not paid for this review and all opinions are 100% mine.

The two products I received included a black pair of Sleevies and a mustard colored skirt.  The Sleevies is one of the companies best sellers.  It truly is a unique product but a great product when you are trying to stay modest.  :)

There are days where I wear t-shirts to work but I get cold so I either wear a long sleeve shirt under or a zip up sweat shirt.  Some days I get hot with those layers but when I wore this I did not have to get hot from to many layers.

I do think I may have needed a smaller size since the sleevie did slide down a couple times throughout the day but once I readjusted it I had no issues with it.

The Sleevie comes in many different colors and will help you afford-ably  change your outfits.  :)

The other item I got to review was this beautiful mustard pencil skirt.  I am always nervous wearing a skirt because I am so short, but not this skirt.  It fit me perfect.  I paired it with some cute boots and I was ready for date night.  :)

Kosher Casual has a ton of items to help anyone stay modern but strive for modesty.  Go check them out today!

"The Reading Game" Review and Giveaway

Description: The first book in  The Reading Game  learn-to-read series tells the story of a skunk without a stripe who is rejected by the other skunks but finds acceptance among some cats and becomes their defender.  It’s told in rhyme, is beautifully illustrated, and is 32 pages long.  It will be the first book the student reads, and there are five more to follow in this groundbreaking learn to read program. Each of The Reading Game's six stories is told using just thirty new words.  These are broken down into six sets of five words.  The student learns to read each set of five words by playing a simple word matching game.  Frequent exposure through play hard wires these words into long-term memory.  Rote learning is transformed into a fast-paced game with a winner every few seconds. After completing Skunk, Game 1, the student has learned five words (can, cat, is, me, not).  Playing Game 2 adds an additional five w...
