    My Review:
    I will admit that I might have bit off more then I can chew this semester.  Taking 6 graduate courses, working full time, being a full time mom, and helping out at church has been a big balancing act.   One item that has helped with time management and convenience are smoothies and shakes.  It sure is helpful to get the protein I need in the morning and get out the door.
