Kaliana products are all hand-crafted in small batches.
It all began in ’76; I began pursuing natural healing at the age of 15 after the medical community had tried in vain for 2 years to help me.
Being the daughter of a famous botanist, I was naturally drawn to plants and nature. For decades I passionately studied every form of natural healing I could find.
Then in 1995, my heart went out to a toddler screaming from separation anxiety. In a moment of Divine inspiration, I hand-crafted a natural mist to help him with his fear. It helped the boy so much, that women started calling for bottles for their cars & homes.
In the interest of full disclosure, I think it’s important that I share with you that my products are a combination of science and spirit – they were an answer to my prayers.
For months, I had been praying for help. I was struggling with the amount of fighting and tension in my home, and overwhelmed with two toddlers under the age of 2.
My depression was worsened by the fact that I knew all these natural ways to emotionally support our home – but there simply weren’t enough hours in the day to do it all.
That was my prayer, “God, please help me help my family”. And then a week later, the words “I can make you a spray for that” came tumbling out to help that boy. That spray not only changed the life of the boy, but it also transformed my home, and the lives of the women who bought it. Who knew some simple spray could make such an impact.
This led to my line of Natural Emotional Care products now sold nationwide. Every product that you see in my line came about by request – from someone calling me asking for help, or from a need within my own home. And each time I prayed, asking for a way to help.
A hundred years ago, people died of scurvy and rickets because they didn’t understand that vitamins could prevent disease. Back then, they thought scurvy would be around forever. Just like we think that anxiety, stress and worry will always be a part of our lives.
At The Kaliana Company, we believe that inside of every stressed person, there is a happy person screaming to get out.
Today, I believe millions of women and families suffer because they don’t understand that nature, specific aromas, flower essences, and foods, can act as natural emotional care – reducing stress, nervousness and fatigue, and turning on joy, calmness and energy.

If you are looking for all natural, easy solutions to help you and your family feel calmer, happier and less stressed, then take a moment right now and learn more about my effective Natural Emotional Care products. You will be amazed at how quickly and easily you can feel better.

"The Reading Game" Review and Giveaway

Description: The first book in  The Reading Game  learn-to-read series tells the story of a skunk without a stripe who is rejected by the other skunks but finds acceptance among some cats and becomes their defender.  It’s told in rhyme, is beautifully illustrated, and is 32 pages long.  It will be the first book the student reads, and there are five more to follow in this groundbreaking learn to read program. Each of The Reading Game's six stories is told using just thirty new words.  These are broken down into six sets of five words.  The student learns to read each set of five words by playing a simple word matching game.  Frequent exposure through play hard wires these words into long-term memory.  Rote learning is transformed into a fast-paced game with a winner every few seconds. After completing Skunk, Game 1, the student has learned five words (can, cat, is, me, not).  Playing Game 2 adds an additional five w...

Book Review: "God I feel Scared"

Kids have big feelings, but none of their feelings are too big for God. In this picture book from licensed counselor Michelle Nietert and Tama Fortner, young readers will explore what it means to feel scared and discover how to manage their emotions in a healthy way. Scared is a feeling that can be hard to face, but if we listen to it, we can learn things about ourselves. In  God, I Feel Scared , children will discover that it’s okay to be scared and that God is with us in all things, including fear. With simple, accessible text, scared becomes an emotion that kids don’t need to avoid and instead something they can use to better understand themselves and grow closer to God. The bright, emotive art by Nomar Perez will draw kids in, and a note in the back provides tips and techniques parents and caregivers can use to help young children process their feelings in a beneficial way. God, I Feel Scared  teaches kids ages 4 to 8 how to: Identify the feeling of fear and recognize thin...
