2014 Ice Cream Tour # 8-

I have fallen behind on the Ice Cream Tour since we ate this in July... OOPS!

Happy Joe's has several locations in my area of Iowa and Illinois and their ice cream is great even though Happy Joe's is known as a pizza place.

My husband loves the monster cookie ice cream which is fantastic but my kids love the traditional mint chocolate chip.

Last summer Happy Joe's had a flavor a month that was only .99 cents for a cone! It is a great place that is walking distance from my house so I have to practice self control. :)

I know most of you know I was at kids camp last week and I think I mentioned the humidity and heat that we had that week!
