My Review:
This Gift Bible for Kids is a very typical Bible.  It is NIV translation and it does have Jesus's words in red.   The beginning  has a personalization page to make it more special for any occasion and the the leather like binding is sure to please.  On the presentation page it has the scripture Psalm 119:105 Your word is a lamp for my feet, a light on my path.  I love that scripture especially if you were gift giving this Bible.   It reminds them that Jesus is the way and the path to stay on.
It would make a great Bible to give for baptism, confirmation, birthdays, salvation, communion, or just because Jesus is awesome.  :)
The print in this bible is very small... I mean so small that I think some kids might lose their spot while reading.  I hope this means I'm not getting old because I'm complaining about the font size....reality I am in my 30's!  LOL
It might suggest that this Bible is for kids but really teens and adults alike would enjoy this simple looking Bible.   Pick yours up from Zondervan today for $16.99.

I was given a copy of this Bible in exchange for an honest review.  I was not paid for my review and all opinions are 100% mine.

"The Reading Game" Review and Giveaway

Description: The first book in  The Reading Game  learn-to-read series tells the story of a skunk without a stripe who is rejected by the other skunks but finds acceptance among some cats and becomes their defender.  It’s told in rhyme, is beautifully illustrated, and is 32 pages long.  It will be the first book the student reads, and there are five more to follow in this groundbreaking learn to read program. After completing Skunk, Game 1, the student has learned five words (can, cat, is, me, not).  Playing Game 2 adds an additional five w...
