I have a new motivation!   I struggled a lot the last two years having the mindset and energy to focus on getting healthy.   But with a new focus on GOD and Plexus giving me a kick-start with energy I have been waking up earlier to get steps in, I have been journaling what I am eating and feeling really good about it!  

It really is all about body, mind, and soul!  I start my day with God!  I have also been drinking more and more water each day!  A good place to start!  


We are currently doing a weight loss challenge at work and I am down 7 pounds after 3 weeks and it feels great!
