Every Christmas morning we make pancakes! We add a candle to each of our plates and we sing, "Happy Birthday" to Jesus! It is one way we keep Christ in Christmas. I love trying new recipes as well and my kids feel spoiled that this was breakfast!

We have had a big variety of pancakes consisting of: banana, cinnamon roll, birthday cake, carrot cake, chocolate and peanut butter, and whole wheat banana.

This year this recipe came from Kirbie's. It was fairly simple to make but I did ask my hubby to come and help me make the whipped topping while I was still making the pancakes. That was simply to get done sooner as the kids are obviously super excited to be done with breakfast!

Oreo pancakes were a hit and they asked me to save the recipe!
