My Review: I love this little devotional because the as my kids get older we can start to get more books with less pictures. This devotional is great for those preteen, tween ages. It is easy to read and the lessons within are easy to apply and relevant for that generation! The gems just like the illustrated Bible have short memory verses.
We also love the variety of gems and rocks that they used in this devotional. They are pretty and eye catching even though the pages are less visual then the Illustrated "Gems to Remember." I love that my family has both this and the "Bible Gems to Remember Illustrated Bible" I already wrote that review so check it out!
What I really like besides the easy to memorize gems of scripture verses, I like that each easy to read story does make you stop and reflect and think. If my can teach my children to slow down and listen to the Father above then I'm doing my job!
Thank you Zondervan for sending me this book for free in exchange for an honest review. I was not paid for this and all opinions expressed are my own!
